What is BERA® Alu Sub-base Terrace System?
For 2017, BERA® introduces a unique and patented system for the quick and easy realization of raised terraces made of wood, composite, or tiles. The aluminum system forms the load-bearing construction for the terrace, but also offers the possibility to create steps and sloping ramps. Together with the BERA® adjustable pedestals, every terrace becomes a perfect foundation for the design of outdoor spaces.
Where can BERA® Alu Sub-base Terrace System be used?
Applications include terraces for gardens and around swimming pools, as well as for restaurants, hotels, and public spaces. Roof gardens can now be perfectly realized with this system, where all technical elements such as cabling and water supply/drainage remain invisible. Steps and sloping ramps made with the same aluminum system increase the accessibility of the terrace.

Significant time savings during installation, but especially in comparison with the usual costs for ‘aftercare’. With traditionally used (hard)wood, there is always extra concern regarding shrinkage, expansion, twisting, rotting, and dimensions. This is a thing of the past with the BERA® aluminum system. Dimensional stability, strength, virtually no drilling/screw connections, and naturally fewer adjustable pedestals are the directly tangible advantages. Once installed, there is no more need to worry about the terrace! The entire system is 100% recyclable.
