It is of course unfortunate if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to assist you further and provide a suitable solution.

Our complaints department will review your complaint and make every effort to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.
Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If more time is required, we will inform you accordingly.
If you are not satisfied with this, you may also contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, with which we are affiliated.
As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU are also able to submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union’s platform.
