Right of withdrawal
U heeft een afkoelingsperiode van 14 dagen om zonder opgaaf van redenen het product te retourneren, ingaande op de dag van ontvangst van het product. You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the product. The product may only be returned unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
The return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the amount within 14 days. You may also use the model withdrawal form.
The trader shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the trader for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies the trader of the withdrawal. Unless the trader offers to collect the product himself, he may withhold reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer has provided evidence that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first. The trader shall use the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed otherwise. The reimbursement shall be made free of charge to the consumer. If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery, the trader is not required to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive delivery method.
